How many photos will I receive?
Typically 25–50 edited photos for standard homes, 50+ for larger properties over 3,000 sq ft. You receive every usable shot — we don't limit the count artificially.
Is the 2D floor plan really free?
Yes — included with every photography order, no catch, no fine print. It's part of our standard service, not an upsell.
Can I choose my photographer?
Yes — when booking online you can select your preferred photographer from our available team. If they're unavailable for your date we'll show you other options.
How do I prepare the home for the shoot?
Declutter counters, turn on all lights, open blinds, and have the home clean and tidy. We handle everything else — lighting setup, angles, and editing.
What if I need to reschedule?
Reschedules are free with 24-hour notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee. Weather-related cancellations are always rescheduled at no charge.
